After an incredible two nights of American Hockey League all-star action at a sold out BMO Center in Rockford, Ill., it's the Pacific Division which stands atop the pile for a third time in four years.

The 2026 AHL All-Star Classic takes center stage starting Tuesday in Rockford, Illinois. With the NHL on pause and Olympic events happening during the day, there’s never been a better chance to see some of the future stars of the NHL in one place.

Some of hockey's best young talent will be on display for the 2026 AHL All-Star Classic presented by BMO next month.

Each year, the AHL selects two playing captains for the AHL All-Star Classic in recognition of their leadership and service within the league over the years. The players selected by AHL President and CEO Scott Howson for the honor this season are Patrick Brown of the Providence Bruins and Jayson Megna of the Colorado Eagles.

The AHL All-Star Classic is coming to Cleveland in 2027. The Cleveland Monsters were selected as the hosts for the 2027 AHL All-Star Classic at Rocket Arena on Feb. 7 and 8, 2027. The event includes the AHL All-Star Skills Competition and the AHL All-Star Challenge.
