In its third year, the CHL USA Prospects Challenge is heading to Quebec on December 1-2 to bring together the best young hockey players in North America as they clash wearing their nation's colors and build their resume ahead of the 2027 NHL Draft.

It's a rare chance for USA and Canada to go head-to-head with their best NHL draft-eligible players in a two-game series.

The next IIHF World Juniors Championship begins just three weeks later, on December 26, making this a prime spectacle for two of the top teams in the world.

The CHL team will feature players from the Western Hockey League (WHL), Ontario Hockey League (OHL), and Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) while USA is represented by the U.S. National Under-18 Team.

Team CHL has already announced that Brock England (WHL), Alexis Joseph (QMJHL), Carter Meyer (QMJHL) and Dima Zhilkin (OHL) are already locked in—each are predicted to be drafted in the first round.
