As of the 2025–26 season, the Philadelphia Flyers' AHL affiliate is the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, based in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The Phantoms have been a cornerstone of the Flyers' development system since their inception in 1996.

Originally known as the Philadelphia Phantoms, the team played in Philadelphia until 2009. In 2014, the franchise relocated to Allentown and became the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, playing their home games at the state-of-the-art PPL Center.

Over the years, the Phantoms have been instrumental in developing numerous players who have gone on to contribute significantly to the Flyers' success.

The team's proximity to Philadelphia allows for seamless transitions of players between the AHL and NHL, ensuring that prospects are well-prepared for the rigors of the NHL.

Under the guidance of head coach John Snowden, who was appointed in July 2025, the Phantoms are poised to continue their tradition of excellence.

The 2025–26 season marks the Phantoms' 12th year in Allentown, and the team is eager to build on its rich history and further develop the next generation of Flyers talent.
