McKenna scored a highlight-reel goal in Canada’s semifinal 5-4 win over Sweden to notch his 16th point of the tournament, passing Tyson Jost and 2024 top prospect Macklin Celebrini for the most points by a Canadian at the IIHF Men’s World Under-18 Championship. Meanwhile, Martone posted two assists against Sweden, drawing even with McKenna while surpassing Celebrini and Jost himself.
