The Kansas City Mavericks are Seattle's ECHL affiliate and provide another level of professional hockey within the Kraken development system.
Kansas City works alongside Coachella Valley to develop players within the organization. The Mavericks and Kraken extended their affiliation on a multi-year agreement in April 2026.
