Now in the AHL, the Eagles have made the playoffs each year in the league, but have struggled, never making it past the second round. 

Last season, the Eagles won the Pacific division, earning a direct entry into the Calder Cup playoffs, but losing in five games to the eventual champions, the Abbotsford Canucks. This season, the Eagles are looking to make an even deeper playoff run and play for the Calder Cup.
