Red Wings Prospect Brennan Ali Sends The Lincoln Stars To The Second Round With Overtime Snipe

Detroit Red Wings draft pick Brennan Ali was the overtime hero as his wrist shot from distance found the back of the net as Lincoln swept the Des Moines Buccaneers in their first-round series of the Clark Cup Playoffs.

The Stars advanced to take on the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference, the Waterloo Black Hawks. 

The goal was Ali's first of the playoffs after putting up 13 goals and 43 points for Lincoln during the regular season.
