2022 USA Hockey National Championships Recap

The 2022 USA Hockey National Championships has come to a thrilling end after 12 days of High School and Youth tournaments. This year’s tournament was some of the best action we've seen with most games coming down to the wire. From the Michigan goal by Nicole Gorbatenko—Chicago Mission 14U (G) (IL)--to the incredible come-back by the Tier II 18U 3A AZ Bobcats (AZ), overtime highlights and shootout nail biters were the norm for the 2022 National Championships.

Players from across the country took to the ice, putting on dazzling plays, exciting the crowd, and those on their couches, with the display of talent. The USA Hockey National Championships has grown into the largest hockey tournament in the nation, hosting to over 7,500 players competing in 26 divisions, while also representing both youth and girl’s hockey at its best.

In the past, many of these players have gone on to play in the National Hockey League, including Joe Pavelski, Zach Parise, Phil Kessel, Patrick Kane, Sidney Crosby, Jonathan Toews, Kevin Shattenkirk, Jeremy Roenick, John Gibson, Scott Gomez, Jack Johnson and Nathan MacKinnon, to name a few.

Congratulations to the winners of the 2022 USA Hockey Youth National Championships.
