College hockey is over for the season, and fans across the country were devastated when the fallout from COVID-19 dashed conference tournaments and the Frozen Four. But just because we lost the end of the hockey season doesn’t mean we can’t look back at all the awesome moments we witnessed over the 2019-20 campaign.

For that reason, FloHockey is running a series over the next few weeks to spotlight teams from the WCHA and Atlantic Hockey, looking at the top five games from each team. 

Next up: Sacred Heart.

Last but certainly not least on our exhaustive list of FloHockey archives, the Pioneers fought tooth and nail all season long with AIC for the Atlantic Hockey title and just barely missed out on the conference crown. Even so, head coach C.J. Marottolo did a fantastic job this year. Some of Sacred Heart's best moments include two impressive shutouts, a nine-goal barn-burner, and a victory over AIC. Enjoy the hockey.
