FloHockey Archives: Niagara Day

College hockey is over for the season, and fans across the country were devastated when the fallout from COVID-19 dashed conference tournaments and the Frozen Four. But just because we lost the end of the hockey season doesn’t mean we can’t look back at all the awesome moments we witnessed over the 2019-20 campaign.

For that reason, FloHockey is running a series over the next few weeks to spotlight teams from the WCHA and Atlantic Hockey, looking at the top five games from each team.

Next up: Niagara.

The Purple Eagles finished with an exact .500 record in Atlantic Hockey play, and their campaign included making the second round of the conference playoffs before play was suspended following the coronavirus. Niagara's hit list was very impressive, including sound defeats of Sacred Heart, Mercyhurst, and Robert Morris. Enjoy the hockey.

Here’s what the schedule looks like for today:

11 AM*: Niagara vs Canisius, Nov. 16

1 PM: Niagara vs Mercyhurst, Nov. 22

3 PM: Niagara vs Army, Jan. 25

5 PM: Niagara vs Sacred Heart, Feb. 16

7 PM: Niagara vs Robert Morris, Feb. 29

*All times are Central.

Remember you can watch every Alabama Huntsville game that aired on FloHockey this season on-demand either on the site or in one of our apps: iOS, Google Play, Fire TV, and Roku. Find the complete list of on-demand games here.

Next season will be here sooner than we think.
