Chalk won the day through the opening rounds of the Atlantic Hockey playoffs, as Mercyhurst, Holy Cross, and Canisius had their seasons ended by Air Force, Robert Morris, and Bentley respectively. 

That sets up a loaded set of quarterfinals as the rest of the conference joins in the postseason competition.
