Like last season, Ferris State will be getting started with a pair of exhibition games. The Bulldogs will once again play Team USA's U18 team at the start of the season like they did last year, but this year will face Waterloo to kick things off.

They will look to impress upon their seven win conference season from a season ago and climb up the standings. They finished with an overall record of 10-23-3 and a conference record of 7-18-3.
