Today, FloSports, the innovator in live digital sports and original content, announced a multiyear partnership with the Men's League of the Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) to stream every game hosted by a WCHA member institution live and on-demand exclusively on FloHockey.tv.

The agreement with the WCHA enables FloHockey to air more than 180 games each season, including all 140 league regular season games, all preseason, exhibition and non-conference games hosted by a WCHA team, as well as up to 19 postseason games both live and on-demand, with coverage starting during the 2018-2019 academic year. In addition to the in-depth and quality coverage of each WCHA game, fans will have access to select Big Ten hockey games, as well as player and team interviews, breaking news, and more.

As one of college hockey’s most historic and tradition-rich conferences, the WCHA is in its 67th season and consists of 10 universities within the Midwestern, Western, and Southwestern U.S., including the University of Alabama Huntsville, the University of Alaska Anchorage, Minnesota State University, and Michigan Technological University, among others.

Additionally, the WCHA has earned a multitude of achievements, including 37 men’s national championships, more than 350 All-Americans and 100 Olympians, and nearly 500 players who have advanced to the National Hockey League. Several of hockey’s biggest stars have come out of the WCHA, such as John Mayasich, Tony Esposito, Red Berenson, and current St. Louis Blues defenseman Colton Parayko.

“Hockey is one of the most intense and fast-paced games, attracting fans from all over the world,” FloSports SVP of Global Rights Acquisition David Weiss said. “As one of the most established and elite college conferences in the U.S., the WCHA lets us showcase hockey’s rising stars with in-depth coverage all year long.”

WCHA President and Men’s League Commissioner Bill Robertson said: “FloSports brings a passion and depth to its coverage that our fans will truly enjoy. We’re looking forward to working with their team and giving WCHA fans around the world a new and exciting way to follow our teams.”
