Here’s your weekly dose of big hits around the NHL, with another mix of pain and a couple lessons in how not to play the body.

In case you missed the last two installments, view them here and here.

Now where were we? Right. More hits.

Los Angeles’ Christian Folin shows Boston’s Danton Heinen how the NHL hits.

Washington’s Brook Orpik lays a big hit on Colorado’s Vladislav Kamenev.

Winnipeg’s Dustin Byfuglien shows Philadelphia’s Michael Raffl the ice.

Buffalo’s Sam Reinhart is on the wrong side of a hit for the second week in a row, thanks to Pittsburgh’s Ian Cole.

Edmonton’s Jesse Puljujarvi looks at home in the NHL with a big hit on St. Louis’ Dmitriy Jaskin.

Montreal’s Max Pacioretty lays a questionable hit on Toronto’s Nazem Kadri, who responds with one of his own on Shea Weber, which he then takes exception to.

New York Rangers’ Brendan Smith interferes with Ottawa’s Mark Borowiecki, who was knocked unconscious. Smith will likely face discipline from the league.

Nashville’s Austin Watson received a two-game suspension for this hit on Colorado’s Dominic Toninato.
