Only four teams remain in the hunt for the J. Ross Robertson Cup and it just may be the four most star-studded teams in the OHL still standing. Regular-season champion Brantford Bulldogs will meet the Barrie Colts, while the Kitchener Rangers will take on the Windsor Spitfires in two series that expect to bring high entertainment value and as good a chance to see some future stars as there is in junior hockey.

The action begins Wednesday night as Brantford and Barrie kick things off at 7 p.m. ET in the TD Civic Centre. On Friday, the other series will get going at the iconic Kitchener Memorial Auditorium.

Here’s a quick look at the top NHL Draft prospects and NHL-affiliated prospects you will be able to watch as these  two series get rolling.

Brantford Bulldogs

We’ve been saying it all year. Brantford is an absolute wagon. They have the most first-round NHL Draft picks, one of the top prospects for this year and they’ve steam-rolled their way to this stage of the postseason with a perfect 8-0 record. This is one of the most entertaining teams to watch in all of junior hockey and probably the favorite to win it all this year.

Barrie Colts

The Colts have just two losses so far in these playoffs and currently own the most lethal power play among the four teams, operating at a 48.5% success rate. That’s largely fueled by their star captains Kashawn Aitcheson and Cole Beaudoin, who were members of Canada’s World Junior team and are first-rounders leading the charge. Beaudoin is currently leading all players with 23 points through 10 games this postseason.

Kitchener Rangers

The Rangers are 8-1 so far through the postseason and have been potent on the offensive side of things. Kitchener is averaging 4.5 goals per game and dispatched a supremely talented Soo Greyhounds team last round with relative ease. They have a number of weapons that can hurt you, but have also gotten spectacular goaltending from Christian Kirsch. They’re a legit threat to win it all.

Windsor Spitfires

The Spits are perfect through the first two rounds with an 8-0 record. As good as they are offensively, they’ve also been excellent at preventing goals with just 16 allowed through the first two rounds. They’ve got a mix of size and skill that is tough to match up against. Goalie Joey Costanzo has been among the league’s best at the position all season.
