Frozen Four Women's Hockey Bracket: See Who Plays Who This Weekend

Here are the teams that made it to the Frozen Four in the 25th National Collegiate Women's Ice Hockey Championship this week. Here's what to know.

The frozen four are set after eleven women's college ice hockey teams punched their tickets to make or break their dreams.

It's top-seeded Ohio State, Wisconsin, Penn State, and No. 5 Northeastern who had to upset No. 4 Minnesota to get in.

Yale, UConn and Quinnipiac earned their way to Saturday to play against the top seeds but fell short.

Semifinals play continues next Friday, March 20 and a national champion will be crowned after puck drop at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 22.

2026 National Collegiate Women's Ice Hockey Championship Schedule, Bracket

REGIONALS

First round, Thursday

  • 6:00 p.m. - Yale defeated Minnesota Duluth, 1-0
  • 7:00 p.m. - UConn defeated Princeton, 4-0
  • 8:00 p.m. - Quinnipiac defeated Franklin Pierce, 4-0

Finals, Saturday

  • 2:00 p.m. - No. 2 Wisconsin defeated Quinnipiac 6-0
  • 2:00 p.m. - No. 3 Penn State defeated UConn 3-0
  • 3:00 p.m. - No. 5 Northeastern defeated No. 4 Minnesota 4-2
  • 6:00 p.m. - No. 1 Ohio State defeated Yale 6-1

FROZEN FOUR

Semifinals, March 20

  • 4:00 p.m. - Ohio State vs Northeastern
  • 7:30 p.m. - Penn State vs Wisconsin

Final, March 22

  • 4:00 p.m. - National Title Game
