The Dallas Stars recalled defenseman Vladislav Kolyachonok, who notched three assists in 10 games with the Texas Stars this season.

The 24-year-old was drafted by Florida in 2019 (52nd overall) and has since had stints in Arizona, Utah, and Pittsburgh. After spending all of 2024–25 in the NHL with the Utah Hockey Club then Pittsburgh Penguins, Kolyachonok now returns to play under Glen Gulutzan.

The move comes as the Stars continue to deal with several injuries on the blue line. According to CBS Sports, defenseman Ilya Lyubushkin did not skate at Sunday’s practice.

Kolyachonok began his junior career in his hometown of Minsk, Belarus, before drawing attention in North America. He went on to play for the OHL’s London Knights and Flint Firebirds, earning a spot on the OHL All-Rookie Team.
