Prior to 2023, the Utah Grizzlies, the ECHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche had only missed the Kelly Cup Playoffs twice in their franchise’s history. Now, they’re on a two-year playoff drought and are looking to get back to winning. 

Now, in their final season as the Utah Grizzlies before the franchise moves to Trenton, New Jersey, the team is looking to get back to the playoffs and make a statement. Having dubbed their final season “The Final Hunt,” the Grizzlies are looking to hunt down their first Kelly Cup trophy.

Led by head coach John Becanic, the Grizzlies are looking to not only return to the playoffs, but reach the Kelly Cup finals for the first time in history.
