The Amerigol Latam Cup is returning to South Florida and FloHockey will bring you along for the ride. The tournament, which will feature national and regional teams from non-traditional hockey markets around the globe, will stream live and free on FloHockey from Aug. 21 to 25.

What is the Amerigol Latam Cup?

Hosted at the Florida Panthers Iceden in Coral Springs, Florida, the Amerigol Latam Cup is a tournament featuring more than 50 teams participating in over 100 total games across seven divisions to showcase the growing influence of hockey in non-traditional hockey countries and regions.

According to the tournament’s organizers: 

This groundbreaking event transcends geographical boundaries, bringing together teams from regions where ice hockey is emerging as a cultural phenomenon.

In the heart of this competition lies the spirit of inclusivity, as teams from diverse corners of the world showcase their dedication to the sport, challenging preconceptions and proving that the love for ice hockey knows no bounds. The Amerigol Latam Cup stands as a testament to the growth and global appeal of the sport, fostering a sense of community and shared enthusiasm among nations not traditionally associated with hockey.

A round-robin portion of the tournament is held over the first three days of the event, with a playoff round beginning Saturday and the tournament concludes with a championship

Last year’s event ended in dramatic fashion as Argentina took home the Division I men's championship with an incredible double-overtime game-winning goal.

All games from the Amerigol Latam Cup will stream live on FloHockey. 

The games from this event will be streaming free, but you will still need to sign up for a free FloHockey account.

When Is The Amerigol Latam Cup?

The Amerigol Latam Cup is held Aug. 21 through Aug. 25. Games are played from morning until night at the Florida Panthers IceDen.

The tournament's playoff round begins Saturday and will conclude with championship games for all seven divisions on Sunday.
