Nate Danielson was selected by the Detroit Red Wings inthe 2023 NHL Draft at No.9 on Wednesday. 

Danielson is following the steps of Marco Kaspar, who was the Red Wings’ eighth pick in the 2022 NHL Draft. 

The Detroit Red Wings already have a strong team, but Danielson demonstrates a good range of technique and strength that will be a good addition to the dynamic.

Wednesday determines the first-round picks and the remaining rounds will continue on June 29 at Bridgeport Arena in Nashville Tennessee.
